ST JAMES PLACE

This charming house is one of our smallest renovation projects to date. The 1,500 sf house is on one of the more historic, pedestrian blocks in the Rittenhouse neighborhood of Philadelphia. We worked closely with our clients to redesign the small kitchen (a mere 80 sf) using a classic palette of soapstone counters, painted wood cabinetry and black and white tile floors. We reworked windows, exterior doors and cased openings on the ground floor, and we designed a new deck in the rear alley.
